How to Measure the Quality of Testing

Ivan Ericsson, SQS

About the Topic

With a growing number of organizations realizing that professional testing and quality assurance is key to launching and maintaining professional services to the market, there is an increasing focus on what good testing looks like. There are three questions that can be asked to gauge the overall quality of any given testing effort. Ivan Ericsson has been in testing and QA for over 20 years, and will use a range of examples to explain how to ask these three questions, and how to understand the answers. It is only once you have a quantified understanding of your current testing maturity that you can make the most informed decisions about where to invest in test process improvement. Well managed test process improvement can deliver significant benefits in terms of increased production quality, reduced costs, increased throughput and higher levels of customer satisfaction. This presentation will talk you through how to achieve this.
