Mike Christesen is a Quality Assurance Consultant with more than 19 years of experience. His current role is the Director of the Quality Assurance Practice for NueVista Group. Mike has worked for the Chicago Board of Trade, CVS Caremark, the Nielsen Company (and others) and is best known for implementing QA Process Improvements and training new QA Teams. While at the Nielsen Company, he introduced Automation and Performance Testing at zero cost. Mike received his M.A. in Project Management from Keller (DeVry) University and a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa. When he’s not consulting, you can find him renovating his home or playing tag with his twin boys.
Pete Daher is a Solution Architect at Worksoft. He has been in technology sales and consulting in Chicago for over 18 years with a varied background in Telecommunications and Networking, Disaster Recovery, Data Replication, Virtualization, and Testing. He has successfully worked with many large Chicago companies over the years and is a graduate of Northwestern University.
