About the Speakers
Yolonda Kennedy is a results-driven manager with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Yolonda is currently Manager, IT Risk & Compliance at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC where she is responsible for the development and quality assurance of policies and procedures supporting the application development, project management and vendor management functions. Yolonda’s previous role was a Senior Manager for Anthem, Inc. where she focused on driving quality improvements and increasing the capability of the enterprise Quality Assurance (QA) organization. Prior to Anthem, Yolonda worked for PepsiCo, Inc. where she excelled in several roles including QA Portfolio Manager. Yolonda was a key player in building both Anthem’s and PepsiCo’s Enterprise Quality Center of Excellence. Yolonda received her BS degree from Jackson State University and her MBA degree from the University of Dallas. She has several certifications: CQIA, CTFL, CSTE, CSM, SA, SDP and Prosci Change Management.
